When will i learn. Being in a rush as i usually am on a saturday morning, i arrived home from breakfast @ Jells to grab my bag then off to Frankston for AV. Ran out the door, realised i didnt have sunscreen on, but remembering i had some in the car, i decided to just apply some of that when i arrived at Frankston. Pity the suncreen needed a knife to spread it was that thick. So after a hap-hazard application, i thought i was ready for the days festivities. Idiot.

Ive spend the day nursing myself, just gingerly moving around the house. The sunburn is quite toasty. Really, after such a thing i do get really pissed off with myself. It’s no way for someone who’s had bloody skin cancer to act. Hopefully this, ive actually learnt from it. But after a half marathon i did in England on a 30 degree day where i totally forgot sunscreen all together, i remember saying i wouldn’t ever let that happen again…..
